TAEKWONDO AMERICA ORGANIZATION
Taekwondo America (TA) is a national martial arts organization with schools across the U.S., all adhering to the same guidelines to maintain high teaching standards, student promotions, and community reputation. The TA National Board of Examiners developed a certified training program that allows students of all ages to progress at their own pace. TA is known for its standard of excellence and prohibits negative or aggressive behavior, as well as any misuse of Taekwondo.
TA schools compete exclusively in tournaments organized by the national body, which hosts regional and national events throughout the year. The organization, formed in 1993, practices the traditional "Chung Hun" style of Taekwondo and is managed by a Board of Directors, with each region having a high-ranking school owner as the contact point.
Greensboro Taekwondo America is a nationally certified member school of Taekwondo America.
